The recent assassination attempt on Representative Gabriel Gifford may seem  like some Manchurian candidate who fell from the sky for gun control and toning down competitive speech to win political office for some, being these are the only one dimensional arguments that have emerged in the last couple of days since the massacre and the assassination attempt.    However way before Jared Lee Loughner went postal the jokes regarding GENY had started they don’t like sex, they don’t like money, don’t get high or drink, like the old Adam Ant Song don’t drink don’t smoke what do you do must be something inside, or the Raw Base Song It Takes Two; Don’t smoke buddha, can’t stand sess.

In this blogger’s opinion hate speech had nothing to do with Loughner going postal.  While I am not going to visit his website and read his writings I am going to try to draw a quick instinctual profile of what was going on with Loughner and why and how he could commit such unconscionable acts.    The short answer is that like the middle aged man that goes postal because he’s fired, overwhelmed, and sick of struggling to ultimately lose; Many in Geny feel that there is no hope, that there is nothing there just like the Middle Age men who went postal decades ago.  Parents have appeared on news programs saying they would like their geny’rs who have graduated from college to go to the local mall and get any job rather than going to the country club all day playing raquetball.   Hmm the Country Club GENYS are having problems.

In any event the case of Jared Lee Loughner is a blinding commentary of modern day society and how it failed him.  While some folks may object to my characterizing the heinous acts of Loughner as a political act, the bottom line is the French revolution was bloody and it was gruesome and ironically it centered around the inability of the poor and struggling to obtain scarce resources like bread and housing.  One ultimately wonders if Loughtons individual actions are the first signs of revolution in the United States.  One can not deny that even if as a result of his own actions society had no place for him.

However if one is looking for how Loughton came to this point one should consider the following reasons:

Loughner’s Inability to Chart a Path in Life

While some would say that Loughner was strange, crazy, or just plain nuts.  It can not be denied that he tried, he tried to go to a community college and then he tried to go into the military both attempts were dismal failures and being escorted off a community colleges campus because of acting plain crazy instead of being sent to some sort of advisor shows just a lack of care for a young person that almost says the campus should not even exist.  Even this incident that Loughner had on the college campus is heartless and strange with classmates standing in line to talk about how weird he was, this total lack of empathy brings to mind the same type of students that recorded a gay kiss and put it over the internet………. there is ultimately something wrong with geny in their inability to empathize and know right from wrong.   What makes Loughner a sympathetic character as opposed to the VT shooter is Loughner was not a genius, Loughner was not a star engineering student.  He was a Poor smoch on the side of the road who at the age of 22 had figured out he would never amount to anything and society had made that his fate.

The Anesthetic Effect of Video Gaming

While I know nothing about Jared Lee Loughner I am willing to stake my life on the fact that Loughner was a video gamer and an avid gamer.  While the older folks on TV try to blame guns, rhetoric and whatever else will advance their causes on why Loughner went postal.  The answer is grounded in the fact that if he was an avid gamer he went postal everyday.  Modern games have death counts for how many people have been killed, humans splatter blood on the screen creating an amazing tolerance and nonchalance towards killing.   Modern video games in some cases are live simulations of massacres, some games are just plain killing oops you killed a family or baby so what you got  a point.   The fact that Loughner could kill or try to kill twenty people and then try to reload to kill some more indicates to me that Loughton had made the cross from game simulation to real life and probably the harder life became for him the more he retreated into game land until he was ready to take it live which he did.

The Out and Out Corruption of the Congresswoman

While many will call Gabby nice.  She was not nice she was looking for a vote.  The plain fact is her husband is an astronaut, she got herself appointed to the NASA committee to further the fates of her family which she evidently did.  Congress is attempting to censure Maxine Waters for a Bank visit this woman is on the committee that employs her husband. Meanwhile Loughton cant complete college and can’t even get into the military.  This is corruption and a severe conflict of interest whether it’s acknowledged or not.   Loughton was probably aware of this or not but if he was he knew Gifford was advancing her own fate while he could not even get into the military.

In any event the incident with Loughner brings to a head the generational conflict, misinformation, and frighteninly poor analysis of the Loughner incident and why he did what he did as an X’r I need to see GENXY in the media the older crew with the exception of the 60′s crew is out of touch and self serving and just plain dumb.

Up until the technological era there was always a recognition that individuals must keep up, must become more educated and knowledgeable to keep up with the changing needs of society.  The U.S. has gone from a country where reading and writing were optional needs to survival, then maybe a third grade education, finally a high school education and then the recognition that obtaining more  education was necessary to  survival was obsolete.  Instead of moving on and pursuing higher forms of  knowledge informally or formally individuals stopped in their footsteps and refused to go any further and have since the late 70′s blamed the government for not maintaining manufacturing  jobs.

While manufacturing jobs may be a small option for some individuals the plain truth is if  you have a brain and it works especially for kids in the educational system the key to survival is using it to the fullest for obtainment of more and more knowledge.  If citizens of the U.S. fail to recognize this the U.S. is rapidly heading towards a welfare state that it will not be able to sustain.  As Moores Law applies to education, the number one priority  the U.S. has is preparing current students for this reality.  The educational needs are not going to slow at this point they will only accelerate and if the U.S. fails to respond it will eventually be a failed state and the risk accelerates every couple of months as we are hurled towards the black hole of the unknown.

At this point knowledge has to be formally and informally obtained, formal education if not done right is not going to do anyone any good.  However those individuals who can give themselves even a quality informal education will survive and be way ahead of the needs of society if they recognize learning is a life long endeavor and at this point a means to survival.

However judging by the number of free educational courses this is a theory that’s out there and very widely belived in to the point where educators are giving courses away for free.

The Fundamental problem with the Obama presidency is that Obama fundamentally believes until he became president we were a country without direction, without pride and without accomplishment.  This is fundamentally summarized in First Lady Michelle Obama’s comments on the night her husband won the democratic presidential nomination.

What the Obama’s have failed to realize is that though the United States has problems; the radical change sought by President Obama is not the change we so wanted craved or needed.  The change that the United States needs in the next two years and that any president entering office should realize is that the U.S. is in need of incremental change and enforcement of existing laws and the use of existing resources.  While Obama was elected for change it was not for radical change but literally to increase the change in the pockets of U.S. citizens.

Obama was not elected to implement some shadowy scary  liberal agenda.  What bothers this pundit most is that President Obama had a set agenda in place prior to his inauguration and is doggedly attached to it.  Obama insists on telling the American people that he has made us and we are nothing without him.  In Obama’s 2004 convention speech he emphasized there were no varied America’s not a blue one or a red one but a United Stated of America.  However under his presidency we have never been so polarized since say the civil rights movement.  Is it the Tea Party? Is it the Republicans?  or Is it that a sitting president  would campaign for his political party like the 48% of people who did not vote for him are not deserving of representation.  Or is it that we all know that if the democrats remain in power they will continue to unbalance the separation of powers allowing the executive branch to out do and supersede all other branches of government our founders put in place so the U.S. could be the protector of all of our rights.

While it is easy for Obama and his supporters to blame the funny little tea party and the republicans for their problems, they fail to realize that they are dealing with thinking intelligent beings in the United States that were able to push through the minutiae of  the past and present to elect a black colored man to office.  While Obama mires himself in what we are not; all we have to do is look at the Obama’s and know what we are.  We are the USA where we transcended to elect him a black man to be our president.  Finally if he did not think he could solve our problems in four years he should not have signed up for the job.

At this point the only thing I want from Barack Obama is for him to govern and frankly to stop defining himself as a democrat but as a human being and the president of the United States.  To be frank I don’t want to toss and turn at night thinking Obama will turn our country into some sort of Stalinist regime and I do.  If only Obama could love the United States, if only he could love us and not try to change us so much, and stop telling us that without him and the dems we are nothing.  I could sleep well at night.  Unfortunately at this point the whole political situation looks like a catch 22 between The Dems as Pinky and the Brain:

Finally all I want to say is “they don’t really care about us”

{Personally,  the major problem in the United States is the educational system.  Our kids will continue to be mis-educated as long as there are class differences, income differences, and racial differences in the U.S.  There are plenty of high skilled jobs in the U.S. but not enough high skilled workers in the right areas.  We will fall if this is not dealt with.  As for no Child Left Behind the spirit of the law has been changed to give each child an equal shake and an equal opportunity however under Obama in the county I live in this has turned into children participating in the program being legally segregated.  The facilities are literally separate and unequal but that’s another story. We have never seen as much elitism and favoritism in this country ever we may as well be living under a monarchy or aristocracy}

The Republican Senate candidate for Delaware used to be a witch.  Perhaps the words that one should pay attention to more than “anything” else is used to citing she used bad judgement and was just a high school student when she briefly experimented with cauldrons.  While we live in a country with religious freedom and being a witch should not prevent anyone from being a senator, it should be noted that Norah Odonll is citing that she used bad judgment when she put on a black hat in high school.    It just seems rather weird that in high school she was a member of the fringe witch society and now in adulthood she is suddenly a member of the fringe cult like movement of the Tea Party and trust me when she has grandchildren and they are exposed to pictures of the Tea Party parade holding pictures up with racially derogative information about President Barack Obama, she will then have a moment of, I used bad judgement when I joined that Tea Party Movement to her grandkids.

While I who have a basic liberal mind can understand a child being a witch at 18.  I can’t understand a person who wants to be anything in life (actress, teacher, doctor, nurse)  besides Black Sabbath or an attorney openly admitting they were or had been a witch in their late twenties. Seven years after she graduated from high school Norah O’Donnell was openly and proudly admitting that she had been a witch. ……….

The basic point is O’Donnell sort of makes a mockery of any movement she may join; yesterday a witch, today she’s having Tea.  One wonders if her mind can concentrate on a senate issue long enough to vote on it or as in Palin’s case will she just resign if elected when she sees the opportunity to be a part of DIA.  Demons in Action……….

Barack Obama Town Hall – Excuses Excuses Excuses It’s Getting Bitchy Up in Here

The beauty of the presidency is that you are supposed to be the president of what may be the most powerful country in the world.  Some of the things that Barack Obama’s says are really jarring.  Last week he was literally bitching about how the food bank was running low.  You’re the president already do something don’t bitch about it.  As a black woman I personally think he dos not like us that much a person of another race can say anything they want about him and he’ll appoint them to a cabinet position but the minute a black woman expresses her disappointment in a Town Hall meeting he  goes postal on her……….  I’m sorry Michelle can’t or won’t pat you on the back when you cry ……..you can’t have everything…….. but don’t take it out on my black sisters that’s your decision not ours.

After Barack Obama was elected it became extremely apparent that he was not going to diverge much from his predecessor George Bush. While some believed that when it was time to appoint cabinet members Obama would appoint cabinet members with the finest credentials Pulitzers, nobels, and other such folks Obama had another agenda on his mind, he made cabinet appointments of people who were his friends, acquaintances and yes men. He essentially used the spoils system when appointing staff just like his predecessor George W. Bush. For example he made the superintendant of Chicago Public Schools the Secretary of Education for all of our students despite the fact that Chicago had one of the highest dropout rate of students in the country; Tim Geithner could not figure out his taxes let alone be expected to solve the economic problems of the nation; a governor appointed to head Health and Services instead of a career professional within the organization made and makes the Obama presidency problematic and leads a rational human being to question his motives and common sense. The reason Barack Obama can not blame George Bush for the problems now affecting the United States is because President Obama left his A game at home failing to realize that his logic and common sense would not be enough. President Obama thought he could choose anyone for the very complex jobs of running the nation because he thought the President could do anything and make up for the short comings of his staff. Gomer Pyle came to town with his sergeant in hand because he was his friend.

This is where the Palin phenomena begins to come into play. Palin is definitely not very smart. This has to be said twice Palin is not very knowledgeable, but she may be smart enough to run a country in knowing the difference between what the country needs and what she may want. She may want Cousin May to be head of Health and Human services but she knows the country needs something more than cousin May, and this may seem a rather extreme comparison when juxtaposed with Palin’s rather basic rudimentary college degree with Barack Obama’s super elite circle Obama’s cabinet appointments boil down to appointing Palin’s Cousin May. As the American people observe this they begin to seriously doubt that change will happen under the Obama administration and look and wait for something different and hope it comes.

Like Bush enormous dollars go out of the United States treasury to various entities but people really believe that the money gets siphoned off to friends as in the Bush administration. I think what has set the last two administrations apart from other administrations are the excesses of money leaving the U.S. coffers and no one knowing where it ends up. The citizens of the United States see constant spending but no effective change, they are not experiencing the trickle nickel effect and are beginning to suspect those nickels are lost in the air. As public opinion starts to go against Barack Obama the folks of the United States are beginning to say they liked George Bush better. This is because many believe that Barack Obama would step on Granny to get across the street. This is because of the caviler treatment of babies, executive orders to continue using them for research, lip service to education, and all that money flowing out for new causes. As time goes on we begin to question if President Obama has a heart. Whereas innately the American people knew that on a personal level the former President George Bush could not face a wrong and let it continue, think the Iraq war was never real to him but a third term baby is real. This is what is lacking from President Barack Obama the human touch while he can recite lofty ideas one ultimately believes that if he saw ya being carjacked he’d keep driving.

As Elena Kagan made courtesy calls on United States Senators last week one wonders what the substance of the conversations she had with lawmakers particularly democratic lawmakers was.  Was it what’s your issue, let me know and if you give me your vote, I’ll make sure I vote for it.  What is particularly disturbing about the nomination of Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court is that it is a given that she has no intention of interpreting the laws as a duty set out by the U.S. Constitution.  Elena Kagan, if confirmed will be there to rubbber stamp a clearly partisan agenda.  One would hope that a supreme court justice would be gray in their outlook, and be able to dig into the tome of the constitution and render a decision; but something everyone probably agrees upon to themselves or publicly is it is probably extremely doubtful that Kagan will be capable of interpreting anything unless it is in concurrence with her preconceived ideas or agenda.

The failure to take ideas and follow directions was never so illustrated as with Elena Kagan and the Solomon Amendment and her refusal to allow military  recruitment on Harvard’s campus because of the U.S. Governments don’t ask don’t tell policy.  The Solomon amendment   required schools that receive federal funding to grant military recruiters “most favorable access” to their students or risk losing federal funds.  Kagan citing don’t ask don’t tell barred military recruiters from Harvard Career recruitment offices saying the don’t ask don’t tell policy came into conflict with Harvard’s own policy that said organizations that discriminated against gays could not recruit on campus.  Kagan conveniently forgot that in a federal emergency the US government protects Harvard from all sorts of maladies diseases, terrorism, whatever the Government would be there and she most conveniently forgot that the Federal government gives Harvard university 300,000,000  dollars a year in federal funding.  However despite the Solomon amendment and at the risk of losing 300 million dollars for her university Kagan barred the military from campus and had her decision overturned.  It does not take an education over the first grade to understand Elena Kagan has no intention of interpreting anything and could not even interpret a simple law when 300 million dollars was at risk for her college campus.

While the Kagan’s refusal to abide by the Solomon amendment is an example of Kagans inability to interpret a law that put 300 million dollars of government money at risk for her university for her liberal bias as discussed above, the inappropriate interpretation of a law is by no means criminal.  However the Orwellian manipulation of information for the sake of her democratic party gets Kagan crowned the secretary of Orwell’s 1984′s Ministry of Truth who’s main purpose in the book was the falsification and manipulation of data.  Kagan leaned on two medical organizations with the full weight of the President of the United State’s office at the time to replace their wording with her wording as it regarded medical information for citizens of the United States. There are some blind individuals who call themselves democrats who want to argue that the individuals decimating this information  about Elena Kagan are antiabortionists with a grudge.  The honest truth is that after the full weight of Kagan’s and the Clinton administrations actions sinks in with the American People it will be pretty hard for any thinking citizen to believe a word that is issued from government assertions and/or Medical Organizations.  It will be hard for the National Institute of Health to issue a H1N1 warning because Kagan and the actions of the Clinton administration have violated the public trust.  While Kagan argues in her confirmation hearing that, hey little oh me can’t get the GRANDE doctors to change their minds about policy issues and that they made their own decisions. One of her memos tells a vastly different story and that the full weight of the presidential office (Appoints the FBI and CIA directors, HEAD OF THE MILITARY, in charge of Grant Money that funds major research etc.) was launched against ACOG to have the policy changed, The memo states,

“For many months, the folks at ACOG had been unwilling to speak with us about the medical issues surrounding the partial birth ban, but Marilyn Yeager convinced them to do so.”

The President of the United States office had not been calling ACOG  for hours, for days, for weeks, but for months to get them to change a medical policy and assertion that ACOG felt was the best policy statement representing the American people.  The original statement ACOG issued was as follows:

“a select panel convened by ACOG could identify no circumstances under which an intact dilation and extraction would be the only option to save the life or preserve the health of the- woman.”

by the time Elena Kagan finished leaning on ACOG with the  Full Power of the President of the United States she was allowed to write and amend the above  statement to read the following:

“An intact D&X, however, may be the best or most appropriate procedure in a particular circumstance to save the life or preserve the health of a woman, and a doctor should be allowed to make this determination.”

If one has any doubt as to Elena Kagan’s knowledge that this statement was a fallacious  and misleading amendment of the original statement, the following quote from a Kagan memo should let shed light on the fact that Kagan was aware that partial birth abortions just were not done.

“I will spare you all the medical details here. Suffice it to say that we went through every  circumstance imaginable — post- and pre-viability, assuming malformed fetuses, assuming other medical conditions, etc., etc.– and there just aren’t many where use of the partial-birth abortion is the least risky, let alone the “necessary,” approach. No one should worry about being able to drive a truck through the President’s proposed exception; the real issue is whether anything at all can get through it.”

The text in red clearly implies that substantively Kagan knew that as far as ACOG was concerned partial birth abortions were not necessary and she deliberately changed the language for the ideology of the democratic party.  As a United States citizen I would hope that every appointed and elected official feels allegiance to the flag and the constitution of the United States and not to a political party or ideology.  Kagan clearly does not possess the allegiance to the United States and her dogmatism concerning the democratic party is scary.

Finally, as an African American living in the United States I find the comparison that Elena Kagan carries the legacy of Thurgood Marshall extremely offensive.  It appears to me that she and her whole generation are looking to be bigger badder and mightier than they civil rights leaders of the fifties and the sixties.  I have never heard any examples of Thurgood Marshall falsifying and altering documents and I think I never will.  Thurgood Marshall is most famous for the case Brown vs. Board of education which earned him a place on the supreme court.  It was not given because he knew how to lick.

If Kegan is confirmed it will send a terrible message of Partisanship and our nation should be afraid that one party for the sake of a party can not see right from wrong.

This was clear intimidation and the abuse of Public office.  This is not a Kagan issue at this point this is an office of the president issue by which all involved including Kagan should be investigated for intimidating and altering the statement of a medical body.

this is not an abortion issue it is an honesty and ethics issue a supreme court  without a conscious is bound to sink the court into decisions that future generations will find untenable as well as perplexing that such individuals made it to the supreme court, it will further be a blaring blight to future generations because Kagan is one of the first waves of women on the court.

1. Kagans Failure to realize her role as an attorney, ethical human being and an advisor rather than as a get it done partisan politico is extremely disturbing and definitely indicates that she is incapable of interpreting the law objectively.

2. Kagans actions as well as the Clinton administration’s use of the office of President to intimidate and lean on a medical organization to alter facts and the meaning of a policy is criminal whether its ever prosecuted.  Medical advice and knowledge can not be spread by political will or desire.  In light of the technological age we are entering it

3.  is extremely troubling that someone with the political nature of Elena Kegan will sit on the court and rule on cases that are health care and body related and can be extremely divisive.

4. Extremely insulting to me as an African American that certain politicians are saying that Elena Kagan Carries on the legacy of Thurgood Marshall.  Whatever Marshall’s persoanl life was about and he admittedly in his authorized biography never claims to be particularly moral,  his professional life involved the representation of God Fearing moral individuals who aspired to take a moral high ground.  Thurgood Marshall was a civil rights attorney, there were no medical edicts on race,

As for me personally I am still afraid of stores in the Dekalb county area.  While with my dad I spent time in the Greensboro southern Virginia area and I could literally breathe loved the people loved the quality of the products and had a generally pleasant time in these two areas.   As I return to Georgia the old feelings of fear and trepidation have returned I think I heard an Employee in Kroger saying extremely derogatory things about me to a customer, I went into Quiznos in Lithonia  and was given a rotten salad.  As for Quiznos I have not figured out if it was deliberate or if they really give people rotten salads, furthermore this was my second visit in a week and the second time they overcharged me can they really be that dumb to overcharge me twice.  I returned from Virginia because of a stop sign case I spoke with the solicitor general for Dekalb and agreed to take a defensive driving course, However would you believe I was placed on probation for a stop sign violation, its not even a misdemeanor, its an ordinance and I will have to pay forty dollars for the pleasure of being on probation.  WELCOME BACK TO DEKALB COUNTY GEORGIA THE HOME OF FEAR FOR ME

I suppose making a statement is standard fare for athletes at this point, but the statements regarding domestic violence and the lack of it in Tiger and Elin’s marriage is little hard to believe and frankly are not credulous statements.  In my mind and just my mind Elin Woods is like the Alabama shooter an accident waiting to manifest and if the world and Tiger Woods continue to cover up her actions she will eventually do something horrible.  I am not one to judge, I have done things I have regretted in the past but the one characteristic that I’ve had is the realization that I was wrong, apologetic, and it happened.  As Tiger Woods knows from his statement the first step in any recovery is acknowledging you have a problem.  As long as it is not acknowledged that Elin Woods busted out THREE SUV windows because she was angry, did confirmed extensive damage to the inside of the house because she was angry she has a problem and is dangerous to herself and others. 

The pretend  world that Tiger and Elin Woods are living in is a world insulated by billions of dollars and can probably protect Elin a lot ; but as friends, loved ones, and people who have knowledge of Amy Bishop know that when or if Elin Woods loses all of her marbles the damage may be so horrific that people will question WHY was this problem  allowed to fester so long.  The big question for me is does Elin realize that she destroyed her own home, chased her husbands SUV while in a golf cart most likely running him off the road and definitely knocking out three windows the side one and was it two back ones?  Does she remember doing 60,000 dollars worth of damage to a house that she and Tiger  lived in while he was on a PGA tour?  Do Elin and Tiger Woods honestly believe the lies that were fed to the media?

This is not the first case of operatives of Tiger Woods attempting to lie to the media.  Ronda Storms a state representative of Florida tried to drum up rumours that there were false reports of child abuse connected to the Tiger Woods Home and that the state of Florida was looking to prosecute someone; while according to Florida Newspapers the Attorney General of Florida had not received one complaint from Family Services that a false report had been made.  What my sources said was that the POLICE referred the case to Family Services because of the condition of  Tiger Woods face and by law they were required to report the incident.    This is what I initially heard prior to this state representative making these obviously false statements and wasting not TIGER WOODS BILLIONS BUT TAXPAYER MONEY WITH FALSE CLAIMS UNSUBSTANTIATED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF FLORIDA. 

The Tiger Woods Farce is just endemic of the society we live in.  Tiger Woods obviously thinks the world is a time machine where history can be rewritten ie.  the book in his car dealt with physics that can lead to time travel,  a 1984 Tiger Woods is BIG BROTHER and has directed the Ministry of Truth (minitruth) to redirect what happened between He and his wife to be rewritten where the truth becomes a lie, or maybe he thinks his life is a tweet and he can delete the tweet and what was done never happened.  Whatever, I wish he would just play golf and leave me out of his personal life what needs to be known, I know he’s not the source, and a sometimes complicit  media can not be trusted.

Hey isn’t Tiger Woods the celebrity caught having sex in the  church parking lot with a waitress and got the media to take a pass on reporting this even though they had pictures, WOW!! If I were caught in the church parking lot having sex you know what would happen to me, I would go straight to jail.  TIGER WOODS = NO SYMPATHY NONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!  As for ELIN WOODS DOES SHE HONESTLYY BELIEVE SHE DOES NOT HAVE A PROBLEM OR BUSTED OUT THREE WINDOWS TO GET TIGER WOODS OUT OF THE CAR IF SHE DOES WE HAVE AMY BISHOP PART II AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!!!!

The first indication to me that something was up came when I heard a talk show host imply that since Elin was a Nord “pure white” she knew how to handle the blacks, I know he could not have said the words but the implication was there.  The next indication to me that something was really up was when I went to the cost club and observed a white manager screaming at a black male employee, the tone he used was like the man was a mule misbehaving, or like if you don’t get a move on it I’m going to beat your black ass.  He was screaming at this young man.  

While I understand that Tiger Woods did not hit back if he was beat, because he has a lot of control and understands a man does not hit a woman and  he deserved a knock on the head by his behavior infidelity, lies, even putting his mistress on the phone with his wife to say SHE WAS JUST A FRIEND, earned him a clunk on the head.    However, many white people have taken it as a sign of weakness that he did not whack his wife back, its almost like they believe Tiger Woods would not dare hit a white woman because he knows they would send a lynching party after his black  ass.  Racism  is so insidious, some folks have taken the Woods domestic dispute as a rallying cry for hating on people of color.   The Republicans at CEPAC have even adopted it as their rallying cry not against black people of course, but against big government.

However in the Teabag/Republican world the lines have become blurred as to whether there is an insane hate for big government or just an insane hate that the elite club of President has been breached by a black man.  So in my mind when Pawlenty invokes the name of Elin Woods and Big Government the psychic implications to me are bust the windows out of that Niggers window who’s inhabiting the white house.  While this is not what Pawlenty said by invoking the actions and the name of Elin Woods Pawlenty threw a wink to the Tea Baggers saying I’m on your side lets beat the hell out of that nigger with votes of course but the implications were there all the same.

The final indicator of the psychic hit Elin Woods threw out to whites by her assault on her husband is the following video, a  huge bulky 67 year old man tells a black fellow passenger on the bus to shine his shoes and it escalates from there, in this elderly man’s mind it’s almost like he does not understand why a black man is sitting across from him and why he the white man is in the back of the bus so he taunts the black guy until the black  man hits him on the arm and the white guy proceeds to go Elin on the black  man drawing lots of blood.

While one can argue the 50 year old black man should have stayed in his seat and kept quiet, one has to wonder what happened at a Baseball game where the same 67 year old man was tased by the police:

I suppose the ultimate question regarding Tiger Woods is:  Is the green coat  he’s won worth it for black people, ultimately the anwer may be no.  Ultimately, Earl Woods may have done the world a favor by allowing Tiger Woods to be a regular guy instead of who he is, married to who he’s married to.

At this point the Governor’s Office refuses to intercede usually the first point of contact after child support refuses to do anything.  When I wrote the Governors Office someone contacted me and asked me did I have the SS# of Philip Tracy Smith this can only mean one thing as soon as we have a transition in government they are going to throw the file away and never require him to support the child ever.   The Governors office has been very supportive up to this point but ie.  the child support office refused to get the NC’s SS# even though I gave them his job address and home address THEY SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO GET HIS SS#.  The governors office called and the woman called me back  within 15 minutes and said she found the SS#.  At this point they said they’ve issued an active incarceration order out for Phillip Philip Tracy Smith and can do nothing else, like freeze his bank account, suspend his tags, suspend his passport, suspend his DL,.   They will do nothing.  One day I went into the child support enforcement office which has become rather chaotic since they no longer have a security guard stationed at the door and there are women supportive of parents who owe verbally attacking parents seeking enforcement.  At this point I am slightly afraid to go into the office after a woman and her sons followed me to my car after she started railing against a young woman who was not connected with her sons at all and I causally asked her why are you here with your 23 year old son?  What’s wrong with him?  I asked her very calmly but when I left the building they followed me to my car and said nothing.  Another time  I spoke with a man who told me they had an incarceration order out for him for ten years and he continued to work as an engineer up to this point because he finally had problems after the child became an adult and had hired an attorney to get rid of what he owed from the past, unfortunately the message was not relayed to child support enforcement and there he was trying to clear it up and according to him he did without having to pay back pay.  Did I mention he followed me to my car too and asked me to take him home?   In any event, there is no security at the Child Support office and its scary.  Below You will find what Child Support Enforcement told me:
